I have lived here for 3 years and the area is lovely. It is very quiet and peaceful yet within minutes drive I can reach the A127 or A12 which is very useful for work.

There are some lovely walks close by and it takes me about 20 minutes to walk into Billericay High Street which has a lovely country town feel about it with some great shops including a well stocked Waitrose.

The neighbours are lovely.
