We have owned this property for approximately 7 years and we bought it due to its key location and the fact that it looked like a such nice place to live. We enjoy taking seasonal walk around the area, whether it's to the woods or the local green, it almost feels like you have nature on your doorstep. The fact that it's on the ground floor I think gives easy access especially when I am dashing in from the car with my weekly shop. The underground parking I think is very secure and comes in handy in bad weather. There is a lift from the parking to the ground floor which adds the finishing touch. We have loved living in Woodford Green and as such we are staying local and its time for us to get a bigger property.
