We bought the apartment from new and choose this one as it was the show home and we loved the way it was designer decorated and laid out. We have used the apartment as an investment and found it to be very versatile and suitable for all types of people – individuals, couples and even small families.

The location always attracts great quality tenants for various reasons, the distance to the station and the town as well as how close it is to the local schools. It really has been a great property and had it not been for a change in our circumstances we would not be selling so will be sad to see it go.
