PARKING The apartment comes with one secure, allocated parking bay located in the underground car park and for use only with a valid parking permit. Additional permits are available to residents in order to allow them to use the parking space on a rotational basis if there is more than one car in the household. Similarly permits can be obtained in order for your visitors, who might be staying for an extended period, to use the allocated space. Additional permits can be also obtained for the parking bays available on the main access road into the development. For more information in this regard you will need to contact the local council - Cheshire West and Chester. Limited parking (half an hour between 8.00 am 6.00 pm 7 days-a-week) is available on Queens Road and extended stays are permitted after 6.00 pm without a permit. Similarly limited parking (one hour, between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm 7 days-a-week) is available on City Road and, once again, extended stays are permitted after 6.00 pm without a permit. 

LOCATION You will be able to locate easy access to surrounding connections such as the M53, A51, M56 and the A41 meaning you can easily reach destinations such as Liverpool, Manchester, North Wales, Birmingham and further.  

The Leadworks complex sits in a prime location, just off City Road, meaning Chester central station is just a moment away with the added benefit of no real noise pollution due to the well thought-out positioning of the apartments themselves. With the city centre only an arms length away, as well as the option of delightful walks/cycle rides down the banks of the Shropshire Union Canal at your doorstep, the Leadworks complex couldn't offer much more. Benefiting from an inner City position, residing in The Leadworks will allow you to access all areas of Chester by foot/bike eliminating the need to spend that extra money on transport. 

There is an abundance of very popular, highly acclaimed restaurants and bars positioned conveniently off and along City Road itself, within walking distance of the modernised complex meaning the long walks in to town become simply unnecessary! Bars such as Harkers and The Cellar are just a few of the well-established, social hubs you will find sat elegantly near by.  

For those looking to keep fit throughout their stay in Chester you can find a fine members only Gym and Spa at The Mill Hotel positioned just a few minutes down the canal at your convenience. You will have access to many alternative sports facilities in the local area including rugby, football, cricket and rowing.  

DIRECTIONS From the City centre you will need to head West on George Street towards Upper Northgate Street, turn right on to Upper Northgate Street, at the roundabout take the third exit on to St Oswalds Way/A5268, turn left on to The Bars/A5268, then turn left on to City Road and then Right on to Queens Road and you should have the Leadworks complex in clear view.
