As soon as I walked to the top of the stairs I knew that this was going to be my new home. I was overwhelmed by the size of the landing and sense of space which continued throughout the property.

The decision to buy the property was cemented when I saw the private garden at the back. It is a space that I have loved using when it is hot and sunny, especially because it is so private.

My home has always been a great place to live because it is so close to all of Carshalton and Wallington’s amenities. I have decided after many years to move on, I leave with a heavy heart but hope the new owners are as happy here as I have been.
