I looked at a few properties in this price range ten years ago when I found this apartment, most of them were uninteresting boxes but as this apartment is built into the roof space it is just that little bit different and a real bonus is having a west facing lounge which allows afternoon/evening sun.
I have replaced the carpets throughout and a new boiler was installed in July 2015.
I like to be able to walk to the beach and shops and to town which is also within easy reach.
