After viewing over 30 flats over a six month period I knew this was the right home for me, an attractive traditional building, lovely high ceilings with a contemporary feel and excellent use of space, perfect for entertaining friends.   

For me an outside area and a short walk to the station were essential, being so close to the sea and even closer to Waitrose was an absolute bonus.
