We moved here 14 years ago as we completely fell in love with the location. It is in such a lovely, tucked away position and yet still has all the benefits of the amenities nearby. Since living here, we have done a vast amount of work over the years with perhaps the best thing being the extension which gave us more living space. We have also upgraded the kitchen and bathrooms. Our gardens are quite unique for this cul-de-sac as we get the benefit of a rear garden as well as front garden - the other houses here don't have that. It's great as we get so much evening sun in the back garden and can also just move to the front when we need to. It's only due to a job relocation that we are even looking at moving and if we could pick this house up and take it with us, we absolutely would!
