One of my main requirements when I was looking was a quiet home. I am pleased to say it lived up to that expectation. Being completely detached with only bungalows to the sides and fields to the rear, there is really no one to disturb you.

The open plan lounge/diner has laminate flooring which was ideal for us with the dogs. It is easy to keep clean. They loved the size of the garden with plenty of space for them to run around.
