This has been such a good home for me for the last three years. There are no boxy rooms like most of the flats that I viewed and I was really pleased to have a garden accessible from the flat.

It’s a great location too. It’s so easy to park as there are no parking restrictions here but if you don’t have a car then it’s not far to get into town either. There are lots of young families round here too so it’s quiet and feels safe.

I have been very careful with the updating so I hope the next owner appreciates the hard work I have put in.
