Deposit and Rent
The successful Tenant will be required to pay one months rent in advance of £575 and a deposit of £675 prior to the start of the tenancy. This will be held in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme Regulations and will be refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to the property being left in a satisfactory condition.
