To be fair the house was in a bit of a mess when I bought it and certainly needed a bit of TLC! I saw through that and was really impressed with the kitchen space and the potential it offered me.
I've done a fair bit of work to the house replacing fences, building a patio, putting in a new bathroom and central heating as well as replacing carpets and re-decorating throughout.
It's time for me to move on but I will certainly strive to stay in an area that is so close to the beach as well as some lovely countryside walks.
