I moved here 10 years ago as I fell in love with the character and the relatively secluded position. I have enjoyed having the local shop and post office at my disposal and even when it snows I can still get my supplies in an instant. Said to be originally a thatched cottage I really warmed to it and could actually picture getting cosy in front of the wood-burner in the winter. I was bowled over by the size of the rooms as it's usually hard to find a cottage with all of the bedrooms being doubles. The only reason for leaving is because the children have grown up and we no longer need such a big house. We are even able to offer the house with the added advantage of no onward chain so anyone looking to move in quickly can do so.
