We have lived in our house approximately 13 years . When we first viewed, we were really taken by the amount of space inside as well as the size of the garden. It really is quite deceptive from the front.
Since living here there has been very little to do, but we have re-decorated throughout, updated the main bathroom, en suite and cloakroom. Also we have redone the flooring. There is nothing else that needs doing, so you can move in and relax.
It's such a light and spacious house with easy access to many local amenities, like Tesco and the local David Lloyd tennis centre.
We are only moving to downsize as we love this house and hope the next owners will be just as happy!
