This property has been in the family for over 25 years. My parents moved from out of the area and felt settled as soon as they moved in. Its such a perfect location with wonderful views over Worthing. It is so quiet up here!

We have decided that the time is right to sell and have recently had it renovated so the next owners wont have any work to do.
