This has been a great home for us. We have lived here for 18 years and felt settled as soon as we moved in, it's such a perfect location with wonderful views over Worthing.

We are now retired but if your looking for a large house we have thought about extending into the roof, but as we are getting older, we no longer require more space.

We will be sorry to leave, but we are moving up north to be nearer to our grandchildren.
