We will definitely miss our apartment here being so close to the sea but we have to move into our new home which means that there is no chain to worry about!
When we first viewed the flat we loved how light and spacious it felt. We have always liked Grand Avenue - it's a very impressive tree lined road with manicured lawns. Getting around is so easy - there are 2 bus stops close by and West Worthing train station is a short walk away.
If we need space for the car we have allocated parking with a lockable bollard.
We love walking to the seafront to take in the fresh air, relax and watch the sun set in the distance.
