We have owned the property for a few years now. Most recently we have vacated and the property has been empty due to us expanding our family.

We were initially attracted by the location and often walked to the beach. Plus having the shops close by is very convenient.

If we needed any general maintenance to the building carried out, the freeholder lives downstairs so it was always well looked after. The lease does stipulate that the property cannot be let out.
