We moved here for what was supposed to be a ‘stepping stone’. However, after living here for 10 years we have now decided it is the right time to move on.
We were initially attracted by the low outgoings and the fact that there was nobody living above us. The private entrance was a bonus too.
The freeholder of the property owns downstairs and is incredibly nice. We will miss this property, but we know the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
