I was originally attracted by the style and character of the building. I was almost sold on the property by the time I had stepped into the communal entrance hall.
Since moving in I have spent a lot of money on refurbishments. I have replaced the boiler, re-done the kitchen and bathroom and also general redecoration.
The building has recently had a new roof. For me, having a share of the freehold is great as it means that I can have my dog here and with the garden, it’s ideal … something I found to be rare when previously out viewing.
I will miss this property but I’m sure the new owners will love it as much as I have.
