When we first viewed we were immediately attracted by the amount of space the property had to offer…The kitchen in particular as it has space for a table.

Since we have lived here we have redecorated throughout including new flooring, light fittings and blinds.

We often walk into the town centre at the weekends. Parking is not an issue as St Botolphs Road is one of the closest roads to town without permit parking. There are local shops at the top of the road too.

We will be sad to leave our flat, but it is now time to take our next step up the property ladder.
