I have owned the flat for 10 years and it is completely unrecognisable from when I bought it. I have replaced the kitchen and transformed the bathroom into a lovely shower room.
When I originally walked into the property I could see the potential. Plus I fell in love with the balcony and the views which look out towards the sea. I have also changed the window in the bedroom to a door which provides access to the balcony.
As I work away a lot the apartment’s security was important and luckily it is very good. I am now looking to move on. I’m sure the new owner will enjoy their time here as much as I have.
