I bought this with my husband as we felt it was an interesting house and the double garage gave us an option to work from home.
The character throughout was (and still is a real feature) and the vaulted ceiling in the lounge will be hard to give up.
Since moving in I have replaced all bar one of the windows with double glazing. I opened up the ceiling in the lounge to make the feature you now see and have re-fitted the bathroom at the top of the stairs and the kitchen.
The field behind is great for me as I have dogs, but equally an outlook that will be hard to replace.
