We were drawn to our home for its location, position within its attractive plot and size.
As we had moved over to the island from the mainland as many do and once we became established we discovered what an excellent location the Wootton area was. It has all your day to day amenities, is relatively close to two main car ferry ports and the high speed links of Cowes and Ryde, so any one looking for regular commute it is an idea central point as well as being close to most of the island main towns, whilst having that village lifestyle attraction.
Beyond all of this our home even though it needed work was in an highly desirable street within the area, had a decent frontage and rear garden and space so we knew we could turn it into a very comfortable home and we feel we have achieved that. We have modernised it from the kitchen, bathroom, decoration throughout and so much more to make a home that whilst generous in space is relatively low maintenance and are very confident it will make the next owners very happy indeed.
