Property description
Woodside Green is a small rural hamlet of 7 houses positioned around a village pond. This provides the opportunity for you to have the best of both worlds, the rural surroundings without the feeling of isolation. In terms of convenience the larger towns of Maidstone, Sittingbourne and Ashford are accessible and the charming village of Lenham is a short distance away. This character period property has undergone major renovation in recent years and is now a spacious versatile family home presented to a very high standard. As you can see from the pictures and floorplan this home is attractive from the outside yet deceiving, as once inside the fusion of charm and features full of character and the need for modern conveniences combine perfectly. Despite the space and modernisation the property retains a real feel of country residence Not only from the feature fireplace and abundance of warm wood but from the receptions, some bedrooms and conservatory, having stunning rural views which are calming and picturesque. Features such as contemporary kitchen but styled with character, en suite to master and utility room provide high quality practicality, with good size bedrooms and living accommodation providing versatility and functionality. With further potential to extend, this house offers more opportunity to personalise. Externally there is a drive providing ample parking and leading to a large garage. The garden is landscaped and a good size. As with most individual properties there is a need to view to fully appreciate, but this one not only needs to be viewed, it needs to be top of your list.
