We were looking to escape the rat race of London when we bought here and couldn’t believe how lovely and quiet the area was.
We could see a lot of potential in this property and although we have partially extended adding a spacious new porch, we believe it would be possible for a buyer to further extend to the left hand flank behind the porch - possibly even a double story extension.
We rebuilt the conservatory with a proper solar glazed roof so it can now be used all year round. Most recently we invested in excavating the front to add a lovely new brick driveway for 2 family cars.

We have been very happy here but it’s time to relocate to Kent for work reasons.
