This property has been in the family for over 30 years now, and as such I think this is testament to what a lovely location it is to reside. You really do get the best of both worlds here as in one direction you have Epping Forest with its changing colours throughout the seasons, and in the other you have all the more modern conveniences that Highams Park provides. In approximately 15 minutes you can walk into South Woodford, so access to the underground it not that far away. South Woodford also has a Cinema and a Gym for those who like to keep fit. The property is empty now and we are able to offer it chain free. I appreciate the new owners would want to up date it, this has been a very happy home.
