Having lived here for many years I really can confirm it's a very peaceful place to live. With the fields at the back it's so nice to sit in the conservatory in the morning with a coffee and a newspaper. The whole bungalow has been modernised throughout and I am really pleased with the finished result. I think this property has some versatility, and I know many people in the road have sectioned of the lounge to create a 3rd bedroom. I have got to know most of my neighbours over the years and it's so nice that here is a sense of community spirit. I work in the City and travel by car, so it's very easy to commute , although I know some people walk down to South Woodford station or hop on a bus up to Gants Hill in the colder weather.
