I knew this area very well and was attracted by how close this property is to the Central line station. Since we have lived here we have decorated from top to toe, replaced windows and doors, re-plumbed, landscaped the garden and even replaced some of the tiles on the roof. It's hard to remember exactly what this house was like when we first bought it but I am really happy with the transformation, and it's a lovely home to return to after a hard day at the office. We make good use of the local amenities, including seasonal walks in the forest at the weekends and evening meals at the local restaurants. It's time for us to get a bigger property now but hopefully the new owners won't have to change too much as we have tried to keep the style neutral.
