This property has been in the family for a long, long time. I think because it's in such a great location and so spacious there has never been a need to move. From the school just over the road to Broadmead playing fields a few minutes walk away, and the shops on Snakes Lane, you are surrounded by things to do. I think you can get into the City within 40 minutes, so for commuters this would be ideal. But this could also suit somebody that wants to make the most of London on the doorstep at the weekends. In the past year or so we have refurbished the property, we put down laminate flooring in the hallway so it's nice and easy to clean, however we have kept the warmth of the carpet in the lounge which I am sure will come in handy in the colder months.
