We bought this property 7 years ago due to its fantastic size and key location. It's hard to believe, considering how quiet it is that within a couple of minutes walk you can reach all the shops on the High Road. You can often find us in the evening dining in many of the great restaurants around the corner and down on the Broadway. The flat has a living/dining room that is bigger than that in many houses. With windows at both sides and on the top floor, this is a very light, cosy and quiet flat. There is a pretty view from the kitchen window and the whole place provides a calm environment to relax at the end of the day after work. It has great transport links, with a short walk to Woodford underground and a 5 minute bus ride to Highams Park overground station.
