When we first came to the area we wanted a house that would suit the needs of our family, ease of access for getting to work, access to shops and schools but also giving us a peaceful environment in which to live.

We couldn’t find a property that ticked all the boxes, but this road was ideal it seemed to be a very pleasant area, plus when we viewed the home we were impressed by having forestland directly behind the garden and a view.

We also have Buckhurst Hill, which is within 1.8 miles of the home, again with a range of bespoke shops and restaurants and an underground station. Whilst Woodford Green underground station is 2.5 miles away therefore making Central London and eating out
