Property description
THE PROPERTY Upon entering the property, you are led into the hallway which gains access to the sitting room, kitchen and cloakroom. The bright and spacious sitting room boasts a triple aspect allowing much natural light to flow into the room. A contemporary wall mounted gas fire creates a unique focal point within the room, whilst sliding doors open out from here onto the conservatory. The dining room adjoins both the kitchen and sitting room, and offers ample space for a family dining table. Following on, the kitchen is fitted with a range of attractive wall and base units including space for appliances, whilst there is also a utility room which provides further storage, a sink and plumbing for a washing machine. Completing the ground floor accommodation is the conservatory, which is most substantial with full length windows to three sides, French doors leading onto the garden and is finished with tiled flooring.
On the first floor are all four bedrooms, in addition to the family bathroom. Bedrooms one and two are situated to the front of the property. Bedroom one particularly benefits from built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two is a further ample double with a storage cupboard, whilst bedroom three is of a good size and the fourth is a single or study. To finish, the bathroom is smartly presented and fitted with a matching white suite including shower over bath.
Outside, the property is complimented by generously sized gardens which wrap around the house, featuring flat lawns, a raised patio and decking. There is off road parking for around four cars, whilst the double garage features two remote controlled doors and side access. Further, the property is ideally located with easy access to the Nailsworth to Stroud cycle track.
