We have been really happy living here in this house. When we moved here we wanted to be close to Joydens Wood Primary School and to the girl's grammar school in Wilmington. This house was ideal because it sits halfway between these two facilities.

The house dates back to 1926 and it is renowned in the local area as having been exceptionally well built.
