Being in a quiet walkway I have never been disturbed by any noisy traffic which has been a big bonus and I have been lucky enough to have great neighbours who have become friends as the years have gone by.

I will be sad to leave this house as it holds so many great memories but it is time for me to start a new chapter of my life. I am sure that the next family will create just as many happy memories for their future.
