When we bought this property 11 years ago it needed a lot of work but we loved the position, size and the garden and we saw the potential. Since owning it we have had it re-rewired, replaced the kitchen and shower room as well as re-decorating throughout. We also replaced the fascias and soffits.

We have had a conservatory installed and have since had this extended to the side, now giving us a separate study area as well as a dining area. We love the quiet road and the good walks that are nearby as well as the convenient amenities that are only a few minutes walk away. If anyone wants to move quickly we are in a position where we can vacate if necessary.
