This was one of the first homes we saw and we fell in love with it straight away. It was important for us to be close to schools as our son can walk to school every day.

It was also a good size family home with plenty of space. As the property is only about 5 years old it was all in good condition and didn't need any work so we could enjoy the house rather than spending every weekend doing DIY.

We are no looking for something closer to town so we can pop to the shops without using the car.
