How about this for "snob value". There are 2 staircases in this home adding even further to that "National Trust" feel. If your provisions are running low a short walk around the corner and you can re-stock without having to visit one of the large supermarkets.
If for any reason the four large bedrooms are not enough, there is another room that borrows light from the landing and would make a superb guest room.

We bought this home for all sorts of reasons and we will really miss it when we go. The high ceilings, the coving, real fire, sash windows and masses of reception space along with 4 bedrooms were just a few of the reason for buying.
It is really handy living here for if we run out of milk (or just as importantly wine) the shops are only a short distance away. The small courtyard garden is a lovely area to enjoy some quiet time in and our dog loves to go and play with us on the gardens of the neighbouring squares.
