This is an amazing home, obviously the views are outstanding but what I appreciate is the thought that has been put into designing such a spacious interior, it flows so well and is very practical to live in.
Perhaps not surprisingly, the person responsible for this fantastic design, was the builder who constructed the three apartments here and custom built the Penthouse as his own personal home,
living here for eleven years before I was fortunate enough to buy it from him two years ago. If my work was not taking me to the north of England I would definitely be very content to stay, I don’t think I would ever tire of waking to see these fabulous views across the golf course and the sea.
The design certainly makes the most of this glorious location, the main living rooms face south overlooking the golf course. The dining room turret is perfect for entertaining, having both golf course and sea views across Epple Bay. The perfect day for me, starts with breakfast on the breakfast room balcony and finishing the day with a spectacular sunset from the master bedrooms West facing balcony.
I particularly like the architecture, it’s a very attractive building, more like a grand house enjoying a sea front location. There are just two apartments below and the Penthouse occupies the entire top floor, we all have a share of the freehold and manage the maintenance cost of the grounds between us. There is a secluded south facing landscaped garden with pond feature.
