We brought this property as we could see the potential it had to offer. We loved the size of the rear garden and the fact that we could develop it further. Since moving in
we have done an awful lot to it, including putting a master bedroom up into the loft which also has its own ensuite. It was very nice to have bedroom 4 as a nursery for our grandchildren but we now enjoy it as an office and the rear workshop is ideal for the DIY enthusiasts. We have added the conservatory and developed the utility and cloak room downstairs and find the garden of a particular feature as it is not over looked and is a decent size. We love living in Westbourne as it has a real community feel to it and the neighbours are lovely. We do hope that the next owners enjoy it as much as we have.
