Alresford is a beautiful Georgian town known for its variety of independent shops, restaurants and inns located in stunning surroundings on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Attractions include the Watercress steam railway, schools for infant, junior and secondary education, several churches and an active and inclusive community. The cathedral city of Winchester is about 7 miles away and there is easy access to the south coast, the midlands and London via the road network. directions From our office in East Street proceed into West Street going down the hill all the way to the bottom to the crossroads. Turn right into The Dean. The entrance to the property is on the right - Go into Evelyn Mews and go though a gate on the right, bear left and the path takes you to the communal entrance.  

outside There is a right of way at the rear to gain access to the flat. The courtyard garden does not belong to the flat.
