The Old Salvation Army Hall occupies a quiet position in Watermoor road, just outside the centre of Cirencester. The A417 and A419 provide excellent road links to the M4 and M5 motorways. Kemble Station, located approximately 4.5 miles outside of Cirencester has direct trains running regularly to London Paddington. The hall itself is in need of renovation and would make an extremely good development project, either as a refurbishment project of the current building or a demolition and re-build of more units, subject to planning permission. Full archaeological digs have been undertaken, details of which can be provided on request. The total built area extends to 1,070 sq ft.
