I have lived in this house from new and bought it because it ticked all the boxes on my wish list. . My favourite room in the house is the large lounge/dining room, which leads straight into the garden at the back of the house.
Another thing I like about this house is the door that leads from the hall into the integral garage. You can pop into the garage (handy for additional storage) without needing to go out the front door and back in through the up and over garage door.
The outside of the house has been painted recently and I have left the front door unchanged so that the new owners can choose their own favourite colour!
