Just a few years ago, we started looking for a house in the Warlingham and Caterham areas, when we came across this property. What impressed us most was the space available and, now that we have changed the original layout, it makes much more sense and differentiates our home from recently sold property.
Being over the two floors and having a private patio area, makes it feel more like a house than a flat to us, which was just what we wanted.
