I bought the house over 10 years ago, I loved it as soon as i viewed it, especially as it is only a stones throw away from the beach.

I have spent money on the house since living here. I replaced the boiler about a year ago, the bathroom about 2 years ago plus recently I have replaced both the front windows and patio doors.

I would love to stay in the house but it is too big for me now, I do not need the 3 bedrooms.
