When we bought this property it was a project. Everything needed to be refurbished. It has been a labour of love.
The house had to have the kitchen roof rebuilt, be rewired, re-plastered and central heating installed before we could move in. We then rebuilt the conservatory and had a new roof. A lot of time has been spent upgrading the house and original features.
We have been very happy here and have great neighbours, there is an active community. We have enjoyed the outdoor spaces surrounding us throughout the years, playing football, jogging on the Flats and popping to feed the ducks or exploring Wanstead Park with the children.
