We have loved living here, the village seems to getting better all the time, there is great choice of places to eat, whether it is a quick snack or a sit down 3 course meal, and a great choice of cosy gastro pubs too. There are lots of boutique shops, great places to browse the many varied bargains to be had, ranging from art to vintage furniture.
We are lucky, we are surrounded by the BEST schools in the area, and with parks, Epping Forest on your doorstop, the perfect pace to bring your family up in. The tube and train station is down the road at Walthamstow Central where you have the outside market, a shopping centre and an empire cinema, what more can you wish for……
