Road links are fantastic, the M11, M25, A12, A13 and A406 are easily reached.

The Village is charming, packed with bars, boutiques and places to go, lots of historic buildings, it is a really nice place to relax, whether a fun day out with family and kids or a crazy evening out with friends.

I have loved living here, the location is second to none, you are surrounded by tube and train stations, with very good bus links into Hackney and the City too.
The M11, M25, A406, A12 and A13 are all easily reachable, you can literally be in Stansted Airport in around 30 minutes.
For shopping I can either walk into Walthamstow Central or hop on a bus to Westfield shopping Centre, I will be upset to leave and hope a new family will love my home as much as we have.
