The garden is especially lovely as it gets a lot of sun, particularly on the back deck for summer sundowners! In winter, nothing beats sitting by the open fires. Our local pub is The Bell which is great as is having the park a 3 minute walk away. We walk to Walthamstow Central everyday which is 15 minutes.
