We knew the area really well and had been looking for a very long time, everything within our budget seemed so dark and pokey.
We couldn't believe our luck when this place came on, it was absolutely perfect. We loved the views and being so close to the station and local shops, but it's still so lovely and peaceful here.
We needed parking and to be close to public transport because one of us drives to work and I need the train, so we were definitely picky customers!
We are only moving now because we need to be nearer to work and wish we could pick up our home and take it with us.
